Refund Policy

Refund Policy
This policy describes how refunds work for Daily Blog Post subscriptions. It reflects exactly what the platform does — no more, no less. The service is operated by Jsampedro (SIRET 939 617 866 00016, 119 rue Michel Teule, 34080 Montpellier, France).
7-day money-back guarantee
Every subscription comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee, counted from the day the subscription starts.
If your subscription started less than 7 days ago and a payment has been taken, you can request a full refund of that payment — no justification required.
How to request a refund
If you subscribed by card (Stripe), the process is self-service:
- Sign in and open Settings → Billing for the organization concerned.
- The billing page shows whether you are within the refund window and how many days remain.
- Confirm the refund request.
The following conditions apply (they are enforced by the platform itself):
- Only the owner of the organization can request the refund.
- The subscription must be active (or in trial).
- The request must be made within 7 days of the subscription start date.
What happens after a refund
- Your latest subscription payment is refunded in full to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, the funds typically arrive within 5–10 business days.
- The subscription is cancelled immediately — access to paid features ends at that moment, not at the end of the billing period.
- The organization is moved back to the free/default plan. Your account and data remain accessible.
Free trial
The 7-day free trial can be cancelled at any time before it ends. If you cancel during the trial, you are never charged.
Credit purchases
One-time credit purchases (for example image credits) are separate from subscriptions and are not covered by the self-service flow. If you believe a credit purchase should be refunded, contact us and we will review it case by case.
After the 7-day window
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (monthly or annual).
- No partial or pro-rated refunds are made for unused time, unused article quotas, or unused credits.
Exceptions
We may issue refunds outside this policy at our discretion — for example in the event of a technical failure on our side or extended service unavailability. Contact us and explain the situation.
