Cookie Policy
This page lists the cookies and similar technologies actually in use on dailyblogpost.app — nothing more.
Essential cookies (no consent required)
These are strictly necessary to sign you in, keep your session secure, and make the site work:
| Cookie | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|
authjs.session-token (or __Secure- variant) | Your authenticated session (JWT) | Session / up to 30 days |
gloow-session | Remembers which of your sites/workspaces is active | 30 days |
CSRF/callback cookies (authjs.*) | Sign-in flow security | Minutes |
NEXT_LOCALE | Remembers your language preference | Session |
dbp_tool_* | Limits each free tool to one use per day (anti-abuse) | 24 hours |
dbp_attribution | First-party record of the campaign parameters (utm tags, click IDs) present in the link that brought you here — set only when such parameters are present; readable by us alone, no third-party tracking | 90 days |
dbp_consent | Remembers your choice about marketing cookies (accepted or declined) | 6 months |
We also use browser localStorage for one item: dbp_tool_gate_unlocked remembers that you already left your email on a free tool, so we don't ask again on this browser.
Marketing cookies (only with your consent)
When we run advertising campaigns, we may use the Meta Pixel (cookies _fbp, _fbc) and the Google Ads tag (cookies _gcl_*) to measure them. These tools load only after you accept the consent banner — if you decline, or ignore the banner, none of their scripts run and no marketing cookie is set. You can change your choice at any time using the manager at the bottom of this page.
Audience measurement
We use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool that we host ourselves in the European Union. It sets no cookies, stores no persistent identifiers, and cannot track you across other websites. Data collected is aggregate and anonymous (pages viewed, referrer, country, browser family). Under CNIL guidance, this type of measurement is exempt from consent.
Support chat
Our support chat provider (Crisp) sets its own cookies only if the chat widget is active. The widget is currently disabled.
No tracking without consent
Outside of the consented marketing cookies described above, we set no advertising cookies and do not track you across other websites.
Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the essential cookies above will prevent you from signing in.
